Template document. This is a tailored draft prepared for Amino Stack IQ. Review with qualified counsel before relying on it for any production use.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to Amino Stack IQ personnel and contractors who access admin.aminostackiq.com or otherwise have elevated production access ("Admins"). Violation may result in revocation of access, termination of engagement, and civil or criminal liability.

1. Least privilege

Admins will request and use the minimum access required to perform a specific task. Standing access to PHI is prohibited; just-in-time elevation with documented justification is required.

2. Audit and observability

All administrative actions are logged. Admins must not attempt to disable, tamper with, or circumvent audit logging, monitoring, or alerting.

3. PHI handling

  • Access PHI only when necessary to deliver requested support or to investigate a security incident.
  • Do not copy, screenshot, export, or transmit PHI outside approved systems.
  • Never train AI models on customer PHI.

4. Credentials and devices

  • Multi-factor authentication is mandatory.
  • Hardware tokens or platform authenticators required for production.
  • Production access only from company-managed, encrypted devices.

5. Support access

Customer-impersonation or "view as" features are restricted, logged, and require a documented support ticket or written customer authorization.

6. Reporting

Suspected security incidents, lost devices, or potential PHI exposure must be reported immediately to the security team.

7. Acknowledgement

By accessing admin.aminostackiq.com, Admin acknowledges and agrees to this AUP and to the confidentiality, security, and code-of-conduct policies of Amino Stack IQ.
