Organization Terms

Supplemental terms for organizations managing multiple clinics.

These Organization Terms supplement the general Terms of Service and apply to organizations that administer one or more clinics through org.aminostackiq.com (the "Org Portal").

1. Scope of authority

Organization administrators ("Org Admins") may onboard clinics, manage branding, configure commercial terms, and view roll-up reporting for clinics within the organization. Org Admins must have written authority from each member Clinic to act on its behalf.

2. Commercial terms & revenue split

Subscription pricing, processing fees, and any revenue split percentages are governed by the applicable order form and the pricing page for organizations. Org Admins may configure clinic-level commercials only within the bounds permitted by Amino Stack IQ.

3. Branding & cobranding

Organizations may upload trademarks and brand assets for cobranded experiences. The organization warrants it owns or has the right to use uploaded brand assets and grants Amino Stack IQ a limited license to display them in the platform.

4. Clinic relationships

  • Each Clinic remains the Covered Entity for its patient PHI.
  • Org Admins must respect Clinic-level access controls and PHI minimum necessary principles.
  • Roll-up reporting is provided in de-identified or aggregate form unless the Clinic has expressly authorized otherwise.

5. Billing & statements

Statements, invoices, and transaction reports are made available in the Org Portal. Organizations are responsible for reconciling and disputing charges within thirty (30) days.

6. Acceptable use (org-specific)

  • No use of organization-level access to bypass Clinic-level safeguards.
  • No re-identification of de-identified data.
  • No transfer of credentials between Org Admins.

7. Termination

Termination of the Organization agreement does not automatically terminate underlying Clinic agreements. Amino Stack IQ may, at its option, continue serving Clinics under direct terms.

8. Order of precedence

Order form > these Organization Terms > Clinic Portal Terms (for organization-managed clinics) > general Terms of Service.
